Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiologists are specialists in the area of exercise science.
Their roles may include the restoration of physical function, providing preventative strategies for disease prevention as well as rehabilitation interventions.
A referral from a general practitioner (GP) is normally required to claim the services of an exercise physiologist. Pilates is brought back to its true origins -the notions of control, balance and total body stability.
We offer Pilates focused particularly towards your sporting vocation,incorporating isolated and synergistic muscle movements using-eccentric, concentric and isometric control. We offer three core Pilates services:
- One on One Equipment based Pilates
- Small Group Equipment based Pilates
- Group Mat based Pilates

Strength and Conditioning Coaching
We offer strength and conditioning services for a wide variety of sports to people of all ages and abilities.
Our coaches are specialists in their particular sport/s and can provide you with the most current training strategies and methods.
We believe the road to improvement in physical performance comes from progressive planning and improvement. This means we provide a tailored plan so you get the results you want.

Physical Training
The trainers can be seen regularly with our clients and over seeing the gym floor. Many of our clients see our trainers 2-3 times a week and visit the gym and health services in between!
Once your physical performance plan has been decided, your sports coach and trainer can assist you with maximising the benefits of such a program.
This can include that extra motivation that only a personalised session can provide ensuring you are familiar with the program you are undertaking to complete it to the best of your ability!
