| We offer personal training, health and wellness programs at the Priority One Centre locations or at your home or office.
We
understand every individual has unique needs; this is why we focus on
understanding your life as we develop the approach and deliver a
personalized training plan. Once
your health and fitness needs analysis has been completed and a
physical performance plan has been decided, your personal coach and
trainer can assist you with maximizing the benefits of such a program.
This
can include that extra motivation that only a personalised session can
provide ensuring you are familiar with the program you are undertaking
to complete it to the best of your ability! Your road to fitness can
include fun activities such as:
- Weight training
- Boxing for fitness
- Circuit training
- Cross training
| Our training programs are diverse and entertaining so we will create a fitness regime you are sure to love.
Run, jump, throw, lift, punch, kick and crunch your way into shape. We
like to mix it up and incorporate a vast range of conditioning methods
and movements in your programs so you will never get bored! Your
sessions may include a combination of the following:
- Hand weights
- Resistance bands
- Medicine balls
- Agility equipment
- Boxing and kicking pads
- Fit balls
- Body weight resistance exercises

- 1 on 1......$60 per half hour or prepay 10 sessions and pay only $500

- 2 on 1......$90 per half hour or prepay 10 sessions and pay only $800
We highly recommend you book a minimum of 1 session per week, ideally 2 sessions per week for best results. Payment options available.
