The Priority One Centre recognizes you will share information with partners and other important people in life.
With
your consent, we will support these people to understand where
necessary, the results,and recommendations to enable them to support
the partner and themselves to live a more balanced, healthier life.
Consent and guideline forms will be provided prior to any conversations being held.

Expectations.We expect the following is important to you- The health process be project managed for you enabling you to simply turn up and participate,
- You expect to have a qualified, proven and knowledgeable team supporting you though the process,
- It is important the team provides you with reassurance, and advice on preventative health measures,
Once testing has been completed you will receive copy of your reports.
You will also receive a follow up call 2 weeks later clarifying any areas arisen for you. |
