Angus as he prefers to be called, graduated from the prestigious 5 year RMIT course with three Alumni excellence awards.

He has an integrative Chiropractic Practice in Port Melbourne with a focus on Wellness Education.

Angus has also been an executive board member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia since 2002 and currently holds the position of Vice President.

Angus leads his practice and he performs the roles of personal wellness consultant, speaker, and facilitator of personal wellness forums and events.

Angus is often asked to contribute content or co-design others leading edge programs, journal articles and media programs.

It will not be a surprise to you by now to find that Angus takes a leading edge approach to Healthcare that focuses on helping each individual express his or her optimum well-being.

Fundamental to the chiropractic approach is the belief that good health depends upon having your spine and nervous system working at their best.

Angus clients include

  • The public, where over 100 clients visit him voluntarily at his practice for spinal adjustments!
  • Corporates;
    • who are implementing personal wellness programs as part of an optimal performance coaching program,
    • professionals who are participating in a individual optimal performance coaching program,
    • guest speaker at conferences and other events,
  • And Australia's gold medalists athletes.

Although people start health care for many different reasons, we strive to ensure that your nervous system, which can be likened to a "communication superhighway", is able to relay information back and forth between your body and brain.

This is of vital importance because the nervous system controls and regulates all of your body.

If you are already health conscious, you will likely know that regular exercise, a good diet, minimizing stress, and maintaining a balanced mental attitude are all important for achieving and sustaining your best.

The other components of the chiropractic lifestyle are obviously best pursued when spinal and nervous system function are at their best. For example:

  • Despite how nutrient dense your diet is, you cannot expect to fully digest and absorb all available nutrients if your nervous system is not functioning optimally,
  • Despite how many times you go to the gym, or run, or swim, you cannot expect to reach your optimal strength, speed or flexibility in the presence of nervous system interference,
  • Despite how much you rest, you cannot expect to fully recuperate or relax if your nervous system is not working properly. It is unlikely that you will fulfill your potential in life's adventures if the expression of your body's innate intelligence is interfered with.

With a healthy lifestyle, you can dance the dance of life to its fullest. In focusing on working with the bodies, own natural recuperative powers.

Whether your passion is for sports, family, or your profession, having your health, your mind, and your spine checked regularly by Angus will give you safe and natural advantages towards being your best.
