About Lewis

He has extensive experience in corporate, public and private sectors across all levels of an organisation. 

As a merino wool and cereal farmer from the Riverina, a successful entrepreneur in retail business and a manager with over 2 decades of experience in the corporate sector.   Lewis has observed first hand how lack of communication and quality decision making across industries, between people, restricts growth, and inhibits the full achievement of potential.  
 
With a personal interest in people and a desire to open conduits between industries, Lewis has developed and delivered individual and organisational leadership programs for local government and throughout the public and private sectors.
 
He works in partnership with clients, giving benefit to organisations through individuals recognising their potential.
Lewis' first step in helping an individual is to understand their unique needs, particularly with the newer generations entering the workforce.

He works with people to help them unlock their own potential and success through implementing processes and skills in unique and innovative ways.

He is a qualified Life Coach.  Some of Lewis' past and present clients include

Based in Melbourne, Lewis enjoys spending time on the farm with his wife, two daughters, and one son. By having a farm for 25 years, nature has provided him with insights into the value of sound strategies and systems.
