Needless to say, we are delighted that Lewis is part of our Business Centre team. He is a specialist executive coach who facilitates particular programs in management skills and innovative leadership.

He has extensive experience in corporate, public and private sectors across all levels of an organisation.

As a merino wool and cereal farmer from the Riverina, a successful entrepreneur in retail business and a manager with over 2 decades of experience in the corporate sector.

Lewis has observed first hand how lack of communication and quality decision making across industries, between people, restricts growth, and inhibits the full achievement of potential.

With a personal interest in people and a desire to open conduits between industries, Lewis has developed and delivered individual and organisational leadership programs for local government and throughout the public and private sectors.

He works in partnership with clients, giving benefit to organisations through individuals recognising their potential.

Lewis' first step in helping an individual is to understand their unique needs, particularly with the newer generations entering the workforce.
