Welcome to 2 Day Conflict Management and Negotiation Workshop
We have a range of workshops for you to choose from.
Our workshops are educational, interactive, allow for fun and the tutors are professional, experienced and empathetic.
With varying group sizes we ensure there is plenty of time for practice, feedback and coaching. It is an formal and informal atmosphere where you can be yourself.
We provide the workshops as either one on one coaching or for small groups of 4 - 8 participants and large groups typically with 24 participants. Although we tailor the content of every workshop to meet the
needs of your group, each workshop includes our core conflict management
content.
Workshop participants will learn how to:
Build relationships for better outcomes
Uncover hidden resentments in others and themselves
Recognize and avoid self-destructive behavior patterns
Become more assertive in effectively dealing with
conflicts when they arise
Break the habits of a lifetime, i.e. blaming, accusation, defensiveness
and rationalization

Negotiate win-win solutions to difficult problems with
difficult people
